Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a Tailor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his white eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Farmer, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She takes great joy in being the best Miner in town.

History: Sybil was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miner for the past few years.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: An older man who wears yellow trousers with brown and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is auburn and very short. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
