History: Thamuz hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Thamuz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Silaqui's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She is content; and to reunite with her absent father

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and he perpetually has his shield ready. His fur is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sailor who has hired him part-time. Flask enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Flask lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'6". He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sai. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Godfrey hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
