Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: William was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. After coming to the age of reason, Millicent took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Banker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thamior was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to share knowledge with the world
