Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.

Description: He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born in the east. Thorin was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Performer. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and seeks redemption

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her hair is blonde and curly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. Helja enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a barkeep and was forced into it by her family

Description: This northern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Wobbles was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Ploughman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears her black hair up. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: Mumpena is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Mumpena hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
