Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Rivaan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
