Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Dondon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Prosperine alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
