Personality: He is a Farmer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Silvo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
