Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Luthra enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Luthra studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own.
