Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When Emerald reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
