Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Efferil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won.
