History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Miller. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ghesh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
