Description: This woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her dark red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly whips and clubs. Sporting a red mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Emma was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: He dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He carries with him a set of falchions on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His red crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Mreksh hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mreksh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gruk will drive conversation. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Dyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
