History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age his father died while driving off some brigands. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greatsword use. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her first spouse was a Weaver, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Gifted from a young age, John studied abroad. John abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She uses divination through singing.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Mumpena hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Through the years after Mumpena was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mumpena's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has worked as a Engraver like her father before her.
