History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ernest liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Dilettante who has hired her part-time. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Blacksmith. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Ilanis was born with her father's beautiful face. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fisher. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fisher for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and regain custody of her daughter
