History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She has a missing left arm. She wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available she will default to her falchion. Her hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Nogu was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: 4'3" and muscular, this western woman dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a green coat with grey slacks. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the right. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He wears a simple black robe with tan stripes complete with hood, and he perpetually has his shortbow ready. He has no crest. His red eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: This woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. She has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC.
