History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. After coming to the age of reason, Baradad took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Matilda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
