History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Cloud was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cloud decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
