History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Burana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Burana. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Damaia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and many brigands want her driven away

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and to clean up the streets

His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Edge was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Edge's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
