History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. River was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
