She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing a long, grey cloak. Her silver hair is matted, messy, and big. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Katherine abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Dyer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and to reunite with her absent father

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nora fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
