Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Thorpe and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She bought a dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants a kiss

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
