Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Trym was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Mercenary job and began her own company from there.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her first spouse was a Performer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
