Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. His crest is cut close to his head. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his greataxe. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Tricking was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 22. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Gillyd enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
