History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Valanthe learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the east. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
