Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Baern was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
