History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She married young, but lost her spouse to gnolls. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Ishte was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Waywocket fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Uadjit was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
