She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has worked as a Laborer like her father before her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Avice was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.
