Bethrynna was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: She got into the Gardener business at a young age. Through the years after Andraste was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Andraste's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was born into a rich family. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
