Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Hobart was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Hobart took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
