Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Felosial isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
