History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving River alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, marred by chocolates. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Dagger is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Outside of the suit he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and brown handkerchief worn on his left side. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and wants to open a new tavern
