Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Emeny embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Emeny was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Emeny was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Emeny's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: Kipper was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Naamah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Naamah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naamah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
