Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He usually wears his black robe and has his sword always slung over his shoulder, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length dark red hair. Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Caramip was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Fisher. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with her old friends
