Personality: Cloud is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Cloud was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cloud decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
