History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in a small island village. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Koeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ûggû was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Katherine was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Katherine's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Katherine and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.
