History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. She became a Cartwright soon after.

She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
