Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with violet lining and desert motifs. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has wavy white hair. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heward embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull white iron scale mail. His tied-back hair is brown. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is wearing a long, brown cloak. His black fur is matted, messy, and big. He has copper eyes and a brown hat with a red feather.

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Tricking was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: An older woman who is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, she is not a threatening figure. Her golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 74. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is content

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
