History: Sweet hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: Born in the west to a Priest, Dayereth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Priest.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
