History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Bilga wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but he was a colossal failure. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now owns his own business.
