His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He comes from a rich western family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: John is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business

History: Gifted from a young age, Cockaby studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Lorilla was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
