Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Valida alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

A true patriot, Tagga would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Body Guard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Roge was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
