History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ilanis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Gifted from a young age, Robert studied abroad. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. After months of barely getting by, Robert managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Drusilia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
