History: He was born in a small plains village. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Althaea hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and an old rival family wants him found

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Knight soon after.
