History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Laucian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Laucian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Beiro was born with his father's beautiful face. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears just a black suit. His hair is silver and very short. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is a great chef.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Mormo took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her first spouse was a Fisher, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
