Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Bilga was born on a far eastern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Marshal. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
