He found a children's book about a Gnome Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Oriff was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. She's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 17. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to get laid

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Seere grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Seere. She has worked as a Cartwright like her mother before her.
