Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her long scarlet crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has red eyes.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jheri is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Jheri was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Jheri alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Emerald has worked very hard to control his curse. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.

History: Pandjed was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shoemaker. He now owns his own business.
