History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting illithids, the young Shamil began to lead the lost caravan. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
