She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. History: Efferil was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Efferil was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
