History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Silent and his spouse have recently divorced.

Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Veloptima never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Justin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
